Mushrooms Ala Creme'

   Put washed mushrooms in crock-pot or casserole dish Top with Parmesan cheese.

   Melt butter in saucepan and then add flour.

   Once flour is dissolved add bouillon and water.

   Heat until bouillon is dissolved.

   Add heavy cream.

   Pour over mushrooms.

   Bake at 350F for 30 minute.

   Note: My mom puts 1/2 cup of breadcrumbs on this and cooks it in a glass casserole dish.

   Because I was going to put it in the crock-pot I did not add the breadcrumbs because I thought they would soak up all the sauce while sitting.
