In a large skillet heat up some vegetable oil on medium heat and put in the onion, curry, garlic and chicken stock.

When the onion is soft and brownish put in the minced meat.

When the meat is brown pour into the skillet the tomato sauce.

Leave for about 10 minutes or until the sauce starts to bubble.

In a medium dish pour in the sauce.

Take the rice and put it into the dish and mix into the sauce.

Pour into the dish the milk, the water halve the eggs and halve the cheese.

And mix the sauce well.

Now that the sauce amd ingredients are mixed well.

Pour the remainder of the eggs onto the surface of the sauce without mixing and also sprinkle the remainder of the cheese onto into the sauce without mixing

Season well with salt and pepper.

And put the dish into the oven for 45 minutes at 180C.

Serve warm.
