Muffins With Artichoke And Cherry Tomato Sauce

   Preheat the oven to 180C.

   Combine the flour with the baking powder and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Mix the egg, the milk, and the oil in another bowl.

   Pour the liquid ingredients over the dry ones and combine quickly.

   Add 2 tablespoons of the artichoke and cherry tomato sauce, combine briefly and fill the muffin liners to 3/4.

   Bake the muffins for approximately 25 minutes.

   Remove the muffins from the oven. They are excellent served warm to accompany cold cuts and cheeses.
