Ms. Kipper's Salmon Patties – a delicious recipe with salmon, mackarel, onion, salt, black pepper, flour. Easy to follow and perfect for any occasion.

I use canned salmon and mackerel and therefore I clean them.

I put the bones and stuff in the old cans and put in a plastic grocery store and get it out of the house!!

I mix all the fish by hand until it looks crumbly.

add flour and cornmeal (my family likes it to have a slight fish taste so we add mackerel and cornmeal.

add onion... (you can also add minced bell pepper)

add salt and pepper

mix it all where it looks crumbly.

add 2 eggs and mix well by hand.

form patties that are the size of sausage patties.

heat oil in skillet on Med high.. OIL SHOULD BE HOT.

to see if its hot enough to fry flick a little four to see if it fries.

Patties will turn golden Brown when they are ready to be turned.

turn over and cook on other side.
