Mrs. E'S Famous Stuffing

   Grind giblets, onion, and celery in a meat grinder. (May chop up finely or use a food processor if no grinder)

   Heat up butter in a skillet and add giblet, onion, and celery mixture. Saute until cooked, seasoning with salt and pepper.

   Mix giblet mixture with dried stuffing well. Add chicken broth and let sit for 5 minutes. If too dry add a little more broth, but it won't need as much as the package calls for (cuz of the giblets??).

   Bake with turkey either stuffed or in a glass dish until hot (at least 180' if in turkey).
