Mozzarella Stuffed Meat Loaf

   Combine egg, pizza sauce, bread crumbs and beef.

   Mix well, then on foil, pat beef mixture into a rectangle.

   In small bowl, combine the Mozzarella cheese and parsley.

   Spoon mixture onto beef to within 1/2-inch of edge.

   Bring up the lengthwise side of beef and seal on top and at the ends.

   Bake at 350u00b0 for 1 hour.
