Rinse meat and pat dry.

Season and leave out until ready to cook.

Boil potatoes until tender, also boil asparagus in SALTED water for 3-5 minutes

Heat grill or skillet with vegetable or olive oil.

Remove potatoes and asparagus from the water, set aside.

Dump water out of pots.

Peel potatoes and put back in pot over low/medium heat.

Add milk and smash until desired consistency.

Then add all other ingredients and fold.

When all the potatoes and been warned all the way through turn off heat and cover.

Add steak into hot skillet or grill.

Cook 6-8 on one side (ONLY FLIP STEAK ONCE).

I do quarter turn for grill marks.

Flip steak and cook for an additional 6-8 minutes

Remove steak from grill and let rest.

Take asparagus and put into pan where the steak was cooked and grill for 2-4 minutes.

Put steak on a plate, scoop of mashed potatoes and place asparagus.

Then serve and enjoy.
