1 c. bread crumbs
1/2 lb. sausage
1/2 c. minced onion

1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella cheese
1 beaten egg
2 Tbsp. parsley
salt and pepper to taste

Spread Mozzarella cheese and then put the rest of the mixture on top, sealing the edges.
