Movie Theater Nachos

   in a sauce pan melt butter, add flour and whisk thoroughly for at least two minutes until bubbly

   slowly whisk in milk until incorporated.

   broil to a boil to thicken then reduce immediately to simmer

   whisk in salt, cayene, and Jalepeno juice

   add cheese.

   stir until melted and creamy.

   serve warm on corn chips with Jalepenos.
