Mousse Au Chocolat

   Cut the chocolate in to small pieces, put them in a cup and fill it with hot water.

   Once the chocolate has melted and you can poke a toothpick through the chocolate, pour away the hot water.

   In the meantime, mix the egg yolks with the sugar until creamy. Add the chocolate and mix well with a whisk.

   Beat the cream until it turns in to whipped cream and then carefully add it to the mixture.

   Let it cool for at least 4 hours in the fridge and then enjoy!
