["Grease a 15 x 10"" pan. Slice potatoes 1/8"" thick and cover with cold water. In skillet saute onion and garlic. Add ground beef and brown. Add tomato sauce, salt, pepper etc. Continue to simmer 5 min in medium sauce pan over low heat. Melt 1/4 C. Butter and stir in 2 T Flour. Stir in 2 C. Milk, keeping smooth. Stir until thickened. Add small amount to 2 eggs that are slightly beaten. Put with sauce. Stir in 1/2 tsp. salt, dash of pepper and 1/4 C. Parmesan. Drain potatoes . Arrange 1/2 of slices on bottom of baking dish.
