Ingredients: 2 med. onions, minced; 1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil; 1 pound grnd beef; 8 ounce. tomato sauce; 2 teaspoon cinnamon; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 cloves garlic, minced; 1 teaspoon cumin; 1 pound cottage fries, unthawed; Parmesan cheese; 2 beaten Large eggs; 1 c. lowfat milk

Servings: persons

2 med. onions, minced
1/4 c. extra virgin olive oil
1 pound grnd beef
8 ounce. tomato sauce
2 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon salt
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon cumin
1 pound cottage fries, unthawed
Parmesan cheese
2 beaten Large eggs
1 c. lowfat milk

Saute/fry onions in extra virgin olive oil till soft.

Add in grnd beef and saute/fry till redness disappears.

Add in next 5 ingredients (tomato sauce through cumin) and stir well.

Place mix in greased casserole in 2 layers, topping each layer with 1/2 lb.

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

Mix lowfat milk and Large eggs and pour over top.

Bake 45 min at 350 degrees.
