Mother's Anise Cookies Recipe

   In large bowl, mix sugar, shortening together till light and fluffy.

   Add in molasses and beat well.

   Then add in lowfat sour cream and anise oil.

   Then add in flour a little at a time till consistency to knead.

   Put in refrigerator to cold about 2 hrs.

   Roll out and cut a little at a time.

   Bake in 350 degree oven about 15 min.

   Decorate if you like.
