Ingredients: 1- 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef; 3/4 cups Oats; 2 whole Eggs, Beaten; 1 cup Crushed Tomatoes; 1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped; 1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt; 1/2 teaspoons Pepper; 3/4 cups Crushed Tomatoes; 1/2 cups Brown Sugar; 1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard; 3/4 teaspoons Nutmeg

1- 1/2 pound Lean Ground Beef
3/4 cups Oats
2 whole Eggs, Beaten
1 cup Crushed Tomatoes
1/4 cups Onion, finely chopped
1- 1/2 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoons Pepper
3/4 cups Crushed Tomatoes
1/2 cups Brown Sugar
1 Tablespoon Dry Mustard
3/4 teaspoons Nutmeg

Preheat oven to 350 F.

In a large bowl, thoroughly combine all of the meatloaf ingredients.

I usually begin mixing with a fork, breaking up the meat and the eggs.

Mix until thoroughly combined.

Sometimes the hands just have to get involved.

Place into a standard loaf pan and smooth to level the top.

Top with piquant sauce before baking.

For the piquant sauce: Mix together all of the ingredients and pour on top of the prepared meatloaf.

Bake in a 350 F oven for 60 minutes.

I always bake potatoes (regular and/or sweet) along with the meatloaf.
