2 cups Sun-Dried Tomato Cream Sauce, recipe follows
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 cups sun-dried tomatoes, diced
1 small Spanish onion, diced
1 tomato, roughly chopped
3 cloves garlic, chopped
1 cup chicken stock
1 cup tomato juice
1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes

Using a slotted spoon, transfer the peppers and onions to the pasta bowl.
