1 tablespoon flour
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 onion large, thinly sliced
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
1/2 teaspoon dried basil
1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
1 cauliflower medium, coarsely chopped
1 cup cheddar cheese grated
2 eggs
1/4 cup milk

Grease a shallow 9 inch baking dish with butter.

Combine the grated potato, onion, egg, salt, and flour in a bowl.
