Mozzarella cheese, shredded; 1 pt. sour cream; 1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded; bag of tortilla chips

Servings: persons

1 lb. lean ground beef
1 Tbsp. oil
1/2 c. onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 (28 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (4 oz.) can diced green chilies
2 (7 oz.) pkg. tortillas, lightly crushed
1/2 lb. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
bag of tortilla chips

Heat oil, saute onion and garlic.

Add meat and brown.

Blend in tomatoes, taco seasoning and chilies, simmer 10 minutes. Grease 9 x 13-inch baking dish.

Layer 1/2 chips over bottom of pan.

Spoon in meat mixture the Mozzarella cheese and next sour cream, then top with rest of chips.

Bake at 350u00b0 for approximately 30 minutes.

Sprinkle with Cheddar cheese and continue baking until cheese is melted.
