Preheat the oven to 350 F.

Start by adding the eggs into a large bowl. Beat the eggs. Add the brown sugar, white sugar, vanilla, corn syrup, baking soda, butter and peanut butter. Stir to combine.

Add the rolled oats, mini M&Ms and Reese's Pieces. Stir to combine. It will be difficult to stir but wooorth it.

Using a cookie scoop, or two spoons, add the dough to a baking sheet (no need to spray or use a Silpat). Make sure to give them a little room on the sheet as they do spread. Bake for about 10-12 minutes or until the edges start to turn golden brown.

Then remove from the oven and let the cookies sit on the cookie sheet for a few minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
