For Marinade
Boneless diced chicken- 200 gms
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Egg- 1 beaten
Cornflour- 1 tbsp
Canola Oil- to deep fry
For Sauce
Onion- 1/2 , cut in squares
Green Pepper- 1/2 , cut in squares
Salt- 1/2 tsp
Soya Sauce- 1 tbsp
Water- 4 tbsp
Cornflour- 1 tbsp
Fried Cashews- 20 gms

Marinate chicken pieces in all of the marinade ingredients for 1/2 an hour.

Now deep fry the chicken pieces in oil.

In a bowl, dissolve the cornflour in the water by stirring with a spoon.
