Mom'S Salad Dressing

   Put eggs, sugar, vinegar and 1 tablespoon butter in saucepan; cook over very low heat, stirring constantly with wooden spoon. After mixture begins to heat, add remaining butter and cook, still stirring, until thickens.

   Use on potato salad, cole slaw or garden salad.
