Mom's peanut butter & jelly cookies

   preheat oven to 350 F.

   combine, peanut butter, sugar, egg,vanilla in bowl, mix well

   place teaspoon sized balls on greased baking sheet.

   with handle end of spoon, poke holes in dough and fill with jelly.

   bake for 15 minutes, let cool.
