Ingredients: Sauce; 1/4 C oil; 3 chopped onions; 1/2 tsp garlic salt; 1 - 19 oz can diced tomatoes; 1 tbsp dried parsley; 1 tsp dried basil; 6 oz can tomato paste; salt and pepper; Meat part of sauce; 1 1/2 lbs hamberger; 1/4 c bread crumbs; 1 tbsp dried parsley; 1 egg beaten with 2 tbsp milk; salt and pepper; 12 lasagna noodles; 1/2 lb mozza and/or cheddar; tub of cottage cheese

1/4 C oil

Sautee onions in oil until brown and then add other ingredients.

In another pan brown meat and add other ingredients. Then add to sauce and let simmer for 30 mins.

Meanwhile cook noddles - 10 mins drain and then let cool.
