1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
3/4 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons baking soda
3 cups applesauce
1/2 cup butter
2/3 cup honey
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 cup coconut, dessicated, unsweetened
1/2 cup walnuts

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F.

In a large bowl, beat egg, then mix in honey. Stir in oil.

Sift flour, spices, salt and baking soda together.

Stir dry ingredients alternately with applesauce into wet ingredients. Batter will be stiff.

Pour into a 9x13 cake pan. Bake for 1 hour, or until a skewer poked into cake comes out clean.
