Combine chocolate chips, walnuts, marshmallows, butter and vanilla in large bowl. Grease large cookie sheet (with sides) with Crisco or margarine. Combine sugar and evaporated milk in large pot. While stirring constantly, bring sugar and milk to a boil (approx. 7 - 8 minutes); continue stirring while it boils for 6 minutes. (It is very important to stir continuously for the allotted time!). Pour sugar and milk mixture into the chocolate chips and marshmallow bowl; stir vigorously until chocolate chips, marshmallows and butter have melted. Pour combined mixture onto large cookie sheet and refrigerate overnight or until slightly hardened. Cut into bite size pieces. Can be refrigerated for immediate use or frozen. Not good for mailing as it is soft fudge.
