2 lbs boneless skinless chicken pieces (thighs and breasts)
MARINADE
1/3 cup frozen concentrated orange juice, thawed
3 tablespoons fresh lime juice
2 teaspoons grated lime zest
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
1/2 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon minced garlic

Refrigerate chicken in the marinade for AT LEAST 8 hours, but no more than 24 hours. Turn the baggie every few hours.
