Moist 'N Crispy Onion Chicken

   Place onion soup mix and bread crumbs in large plastic food bag and shake to blend.

   Brush chicken on all sides with mayonnaise.

   Place chicken, one piece at a time, in the bag. Close tightly and shake until well coated.

   Place chicken on a rack in broiler pan.

   Bake at 400u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until golden brown.

   For more onion flavor, use 2 packages of onion soup and reduce bread crumbs to 1/3 cup.
