Moist Chocolate And Speculoos Cake

   Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius.

   In a bowl, work the butter until soft and creamy.

   Add the sugar, and beat until the mixture is creamy.

   Melt the chocolate. Add it to the mixture and stir.

   Add the eggs, and finally the flour, mix.

   Break the speculoos into small pieces.

   Spread the seculoos on the bottom of the mold, and carefully pour in the mixture.

   Bake for 10 to 15 minutes depending on the desired softness.

   Let cool, but do refrigerate as the cake will harden.
