2 lbs ground beef
2 tablespoons parsley
2 beaten eggs
½ teaspoon basil
¾ cup breadcrumbs
¼ teaspoon salt & pepper
½ cup tomato sauce
1 teaspoon garlic powder
12 lb thinly sliced ham
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese

Pat out on foil to a 10 x 12 rectangle.

Add alternate layers of ham and cheese.

Roll very tightly and pinch ends like a jelly roll.
