Mixed Winter Salad

   Prepare Creamy Blue-Cheese Dressing and/or Lemon-Balsamic Vinaigrette.

   Refrigerate.

   In large salad bowl, toss romaine, iceberg, and carrots.

   Cover and refrigerate if not serving right away.

   To serve, spoon dressings into small bowls to serve with salad.

   Or, toss salad with 3/4 cup of either dressing.
