Name: Mississippi Mud Pie

Ingredients: 1 c. all-purpose flour; 1 c. self-rising flour; 1 c. pecans, chopped; 1/2 c. butter or margarine, melted; 12 oz. cream cheese, softened; 1 c. sifted powdered sugar; 1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip, thawed and divided; 1 tsp. vanilla; 2 (3.9 oz.) instant chocolate pudding; 3 c. milk

Combine first 4 ingredients.

Press into bottom of 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake at 325u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.

Cool completely. Combine cream cheese, sugar, 2 cups Cool Whip and vanilla.

Beat at medium speed with mixer until smooth.

Spread on crust. Combine pudding mix and milk.

Beat with mixer 2 minutes.

Spread over cream cheese layer.

Top with remaining Cool Whip.

Chill 8 hours and serve.
