Miso Soup with Tofu and Leeks

   Cut the tofu into bite-sized pieces.

   Slice the leek diagonally.

   Pour the dashi stock into a pot, and turn on the heat.

   Bring to a boil, add the tofu, and simmer for about 1 minute.

   Dissolve in the miso, add the leek, simmer briefly, then it's done
