For the bars:

Preheat oven to 350u00b0F. Grease and lightly flour a 9-x-13-inch baking pan.

Using a stand mixer with the paddle attachment, cream butter and sugars together on medium-high speed. Add eggs and vanilla and beat well, scraping down the bowl after each egg addition.

Turn speed to low and add the dry ingredients and mix until incorporated. Add the crushed Oreos and mint chips and try and evenly distribute them best you can.

Bake for 35-40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool on a wire rack. While cooling, prepare the topping.

Melt drops over a double boiler. When melted, add cream and corn syrup. Mix until smooth.

Spread over the bars. While the glaze is still wet, sprinkle the crushed cookies on top. Press down if you need to. Let the glaze firm up before serving.
