1 small onion, chopped
½ cup tortilla chips, crushed
1 lb ground turkey
¾ cup salsa
1 egg
1 teaspoon cumin
1 teaspoon chili powder
¼ teaspoon salt
6 tablespoons salsa
½ cup colby jack cheese, shredded

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

In a medium bowl, mix the onion, tortilla chips, turkey, 3/4 cup salsa, egg, cumin, chili powder and salt.

Blend together until well mixed.

Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions.

Shape each one into loaves on a greased cookie sheet.

Bake for 25 minutes.

Remove from oven and top each one with 1 tbsp salsa and sprinkle with cheese.

Bake for another 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
