Divide the dough into 4 equal portions and roll them out on a floured work surface to create 4 circular pizza crusts, each about 5 inches in diameter. Lift the pizza crusts onto a greased baking sheet, then brush with olive oil and dust the edges with a little flour. Spread with the cheese, leaving a 1/2 inch border around the edge. Distribute the pear slices on top of the cheese, then dot with the remaining Gorgonzola. Finally, sprinkle with walnuts. Bake in a preheated oven at 400u00b0F for 20-25 mins. Garnish with radicchio and basil leaves to serve.
