Mini Pizzas

   Split and butter muffins and place on baking sheet.

   Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.

   Toast under broiler until golden brown. Place 2 tablespoons Cheddar cheese on each muffin.

   Cut frankfurters crosswise into 1/4-inch slices; arrange on muffins. Top each with 2 tablespoons pizza sauce; sprinkle with 1 tablespoon Mozzarella cheese.

   Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 350u00b0 oven or until heated through.

   Allow 2 mini pizzas per serving. Makes 4 servings.
