Beat Philly* and brown sugar until smooth and fluffy, add the eggs and beat until smooth then fold in the fruit mince.

Sift dry ingredients together (nutmeg, cinnamon, mixed spice and self raising flour) then add to Philly* mixture, then add remaining ingredients.

Mix well.

Spoon the mixture into greased and base lined tea cups, cover with a layer of greased foil, tie with string and steam for one hour or until puddings are cooked through.

Serve hot with Philly* Citrus Custard.

Dust greased cups with a combination of one tablespoon each of flour and cocoa prior to filling.

Cover loosely with plastic wrap.

Microwave on medium power eight minutes, give a half turn and microwave a further 6 - 8 minutes or until cooked.
