Mini Peach Cobbler

   Preheat the oven to 350F.

   Put 1 tsp of melted butter into each regular size muffin tin.

   Combine the sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and milk by hand.

   Put 2 Tbsp of batter into each regular size muffin tin (on top of the melted butter).

   Put 1 Tbsp of diced peaches on top of the batter.

   Sprinkle the tops with cinnamon then brown sugar.

   I recommend a generous sprinkle.

   Bake for 12 minutes.

   Add time as required.

    Let them cool almost completely before taking out of the twins/pan.

    Goes great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
