Mini New Potato Bites

   Cook potatoes in large saucepot of boiling water 12 to 15 min.

   Meanwhile, place cream cheese product, sour cream and Parmesan in 6-qt.

   bowl of mixer fitted with paddle attachment; beat until well blended, stopping occasionally to scrape bottom and side of bowl.

   Refrigerate until ready to use.

   Drain potatoes; cut in half.

   Cut small piece from rounded bottom of each half; place, bottom-sides down, on serving platter.

   Top each with 1 tsp.

   (5 mL) of the cream cheese mixture.

    Sprinkle with bacon bits and chives.
