Mini Melt Away Cookies

   For the cookies:

   Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Mix together all of the cookie ingredients in a bowl until combined. Roll the dough into small balls or simply spoon approximately a tablespoon of batter onto a parchment paper lined cookie sheet. Flatten them a bit with the palm of your hand of the bottom of a glass. Bake for 10-12 minutes. When done, remove from the oven and allow to cool before frosting.

   For the frosting:

   Mix together all of the frosting ingredients in a bowl until well combined. Frost coookies when cooled.
