Mini Frozen Bites Of White Chocolate And Ricotta

   Grate the white chocolate.

   With the help of a food processor, mix the ricotta, sugar, grated coconut, orange blossom water and vanilla extract, until a homogeneous mixture is obtained .

   Add the grated white chocolate, cranberries and white chocolate chips.

   Whip the cream in a bowl and add it gently to the previous preparation.

   Pour the obtained preparation into the mold.

   Keep in the freezer for about 4 hours.

   Unmold the ice log on a serving plate and garnish with a few cranberries and white chocolate chips.

   You may serve it with a fruit coulis.
