Mini Cheeseburger Pepperoni Pizzas

   Heat oven to 400F.

   Place ground turkey in 10-inch nonstick skillet.

   Cook over medium heat, stirring occasionally, 3-5 minutes or until no longer pink; drain.

   Stir in pizza sauce, pepperoni, green onion and salt.

   Place split sandwich thins onto ungreased baking sheet, cut-side up.

   Top each with about 1/4 cup meat mixture; place 1 slice cheese over each pizza.

   Bake 7-9 minutes or until cheese is melted.

   Sprinkle with chopped parsley, if desired.
