Mini Bacon-Cheese Meatloaves

   Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil.

   Spray foil with nonstick cooking spray.

   In a mixing bowl, combine beef with remainder of ingredients (except bacon slices).

   Mix until combined well.

   (Your mixture should be firm but not too dry.

   Adjust texture by adding more breadcrumbs or milk, as needed.)

   Form meat into 4 to 5 individual loaves.

   Wrap a single slice of bacon around each loaf.

   Drizzle or spread tops with additional ketchup, to taste.

    Place on baking sheet and bake for 4045 minutes or until meat is done and no longer pink.
