   Cut the leeks into rings.

   Peel the carrots and celery and cut them into pieces.

   Then put leeks , carrot and celery in a saucepan with oil to brown them.

   Slice the potatoes.

   Put them in the saucepan .

   Cover with water and add the vegetable bouillon cube.
