   1. Brown the Sausage, then add the onions and garlic and sweat.

   2. Add next 6 ingredients & cook uncovered over medium heat for 30 minutes.

   3. Add zucchini, parsley & spaghetti & cook until pasta is soft, approx. 10 minutes.

   4. Add beans and cook 10 more minutes to warm them.

   5. Finish with salt, pepper and grated parmesan cheese (optional).
