Million Dollar Fudge

   Put chocolate, marshmallow creme , butter and nuts in a large mixing bowl - set aside.

   Cook sugar, milk and salt for 6 minutes, stirring constantly, until bubbles.

   Pour sugar/milk mixture over chocolate mixture; stir until all is melted and thick.

   Turn out into a buttered pan. Cut into pieces after it cools/sets.
