Milk Jam Whoppie Pies

   Preheat oven to 350F.

   Melt the butter.

   In a bowl, whisk the eggs with sugar and vanilla sugar.

   Add the melted butter and mix well.

   Sift the flour and yeast. Mix with the previous mixture.

   Place the dough in a pastry bag.

   Place small mounds of dough on a silicone sheet or a baking pan lined with parchment paper.

   Decorate to taste.

   Bake for about 10 minutes.

    Let cool.

    Spread milk jam on 1 cookie and cover with another.
