30 grams Flour
1 dessert spoonful Dry yeast
1 tsp Salt
30 grams Sugar
1 tbsp Skim milk
30 grams Melted butter
1 Beaten egg
170 ml total when combined with the egg Milk
1 tbsp White flour
1 tbsp Corn starch
40 grams Sugar
200 ml Milk
2 Egg yolk
1 dash Vanilla extract

To make the milk bread, use a bread maker until it's finished rising.

Bring butter, eggs, and milk to body temperature.

Leave some egg mixture for glossing.

Put flour, corn starch, and sugar into a bowl and whisk until all the lumps are gone.

Transfer into a pot.
