1/2 pound ground veal
2 each carrots grated
1 each onions grated
1/4 cup crackers, saltine crushed
1/4 cup oatmeal
1/4 cup bread crumbs or less
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1/2 cup sour cream
1 each eggs
1/2 teaspoon sage dried

Cook carrot and onion in microwave on high for 3 or 4 min.
