   Roughly mince the bread and wet it a bit with water

   Crush the garlics (with their skin) and saute them in a pan with olive oil

   Cut the asparagus into pieces and add them to the oil until it turns green

4. 4

   Add the bread, season and cook, stiring, for about 45 minutes

   Serve with a raw egg yolk and some green sprout as decoration
