Miffy's All-Purpose Sesame Sauce

   Put the sesame seeds in a food processor.

   Process until it forms a lump.

   Put the ground sesame seeds, mirin and soy sauce in a jar, mix well and it's done.

   To make spinach with sesame sauce: boil the spinach, refresh in cold water, wring out well and mix with the sauce.

   To make cucumber with sesame sauce: Rub the cucumbers with salt on a cutting board, cut into easy to eat pieces, and mix with the sauce just before serving.

   To make asparagus with sesame sauce: Cut into thin slices and microwave for 1 1/2 minutes.

   Drain well before mixing with the sauce.

   Celery with sesame sauce: Stir fry with sesame oil and season well with salt and pepper.

   Add some sauce to taste.

    Okra with sesame sauce: Boil the okra in salted water, cut into easy to eat pieces, and mix with the sauce.

    The more you mix, the stickier and more delicious it will become.
